1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 9999w website at https://9999w.net, creating a player account, or placing any bet or wager through the 9999w platform, you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with 9999w's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service offered by 9999w. 9999w reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout all sections and sub-sections:

• "9999w" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at https://9999w.net and all associated sub-domains and mobile applications.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any registered user of the 9999w platform who has created an account and accepted these Terms.
• "Account" means the individual player account registered by you on the 9999w platform, identified by your registered username and CNIC-verified identity.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited PKR funds held in your 9999w account that are available for wagering and withdrawal, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matched deposit bonuses credited to your account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it and any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole transactional currency of the 9999w platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, including CNIC identity verification and any additional documentation required by 9999w before processing withdrawals.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the 9999w platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 9999w does not permit anyone under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or access real-money gaming services under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing 9999w as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gaming platform or under any regulatory self-exclusion programme.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or family member of an employee of 9999w or any of its partner organisations where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money services on 9999w, you must complete the full registration process, including providing accurate personal information and completing the mandatory KYC verification process. The following rules apply to account registration:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 9999w. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, and current residential address.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Any change in personal details must be notified to 9999w support promptly.
• 9999w reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time, including copies of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts registered using false or misleading information will be suspended immediately upon discovery, and any balance held in such accounts may be forfeited.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 9999w account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following security obligations apply at all times:

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 9999w accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, whether for wagering, withdrawals, or any other purpose.
• You must notify 9999w support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• 9999w will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• 9999w recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security. Players with 2FA enabled are given priority on withdrawal processing queues.

6 Deposits & Payments

9999w accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the platform's cashier page. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast interbank transfer, 1LINK, and Debit Card.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. The general minimum deposit via JazzCash and EasyPaisa is Rs 200.
• 9999w does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. Any fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your responsibility and are not reimbursable by 9999w.
• All funds deposited to 9999w must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name and has been verified as part of the KYC process. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• 9999w reserves the right to request evidence of fund ownership before crediting any deposit to your account. Deposits from unverified sources may be held pending investigation.
• Deposited funds do not accrue interest regardless of how long they remain in your 9999w account balance.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 9999w are subject to the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied before any withdrawal is processed:

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification, including CNIC identity verification and proof of payment method ownership, before any withdrawal request will be actioned.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. 9999w does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus funds in your account must satisfy their respective wagering requirements before the associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests submitted via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 9999w does not deduct fees from standard withdrawal amounts. Any charges levied by your bank or payment provider upon receipt of funds are outside 9999w's control and are not reimbursable.
• 9999w reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above threshold limits. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Withdrawals of funds deposited but never wagered may be subject to a processing review to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

9999w offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the following general rules:

• Each promotion or bonus offer will specify its own wagering requirement, minimum odds or stake conditions, eligible game categories, and expiry date. These specific terms take precedence over these general bonus rules where there is any conflict.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Any strategy or technique designed to exploit bonus offers — including matched betting using 9999w bonuses, the use of multiple accounts, or the transfer of funds between accounts to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate account termination.
• 9999w reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already commenced in good faith on an active bonus will be honoured.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money balance and will always be used first when wagering, unless the cashier specifically indicates otherwise.
• Only one welcome bonus or sign-up promotion may be claimed per player. Players found to have claimed a welcome promotion more than once — whether through duplicate accounts or through exploiting registration processes — will have all associated accounts closed and balances voided.

9 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 9999w platform are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 9999w does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system, except in circumstances where a bet has been accepted due to a manifest error in the odds.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to clearly incorrect odds caused by a technical fault or human data entry error — 9999w reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• 9999w reserves the right to limit stake amounts on any market, for any player, at any time, without being required to provide a reason for such limitation.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL, international T20, Test, and ODI markets, are subject to the cricket-specific rules published in the Cricket section of the 9999w platform.
• Live in-play betting markets are offered in real time and are subject to brief suspension periods during match events. Any bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, 9999w's event-specific rules (published in the relevant sports section) will govern the settlement of affected bets.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9999w platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and may be subject to forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own details or using false, borrowed, or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate outcomes on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement with any third party that is designed to influence the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are placed on 9999w.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be reversed.
• Conducting any transaction on the 9999w platform in a manner that could constitute money laundering, the funding of illegal activities, or evasion of financial reporting obligations.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of your relationship with 9999w.
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of your 9999w account, account balance, or any bonus entitlement to any third party.

11 Responsible Gaming

9999w is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that all players are encouraged to use proactively:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via the responsible gaming section of their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure alerts that notify them when they have been active on the platform for a defined period, encouraging regular breaks from gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 90 days. During a cooling-off period, login access is restricted and no marketing communications will be sent.

12 Limitation of Liability

• 9999w shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
• 9999w does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability. 9999w will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime.
• Where a technical error results in the incorrect settlement of a bet or game outcome, 9999w reserves the right to correct the error and re-settle the relevant bet or game in accordance with the correct outcome. Any overpayment resulting from an error may be recouped from your account balance.
• 9999w is not responsible for any internet connectivity issues, device failures, or software incompatibilities on the player's side that result in disruption to their gaming experience.

13 Privacy & Data

9999w collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the 9999w Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used exclusively for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of platform services.
• 9999w does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or licence conditions.

14 Amendments to Terms

Your continued use of the 9999w platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9999w is licensed and regulated. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 9999w's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or arbitration body as specified under 9999w's gaming licence conditions.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.
